Design Research & Strategy at IDEO

Isabela is a Human Factors researcher with a background in communications and marketing. Her daily job can easily take her from shaving rituals, to financial services – a fertile ground to understanding people in multiple contexts and recognizing patterns of behavior across the range of content areas IDEO engages in. Isabela found her niche in the intersection between human behavior, ideas, and things through a long journey that started with producing TV commercials and later devising marketing strategies, by holding an array of positions spanning the product lifecycle.
