Financial Aid and Scholarships

Limited financial aid for the summer 2019 program is available according to Middlebury College’s need-based criteria, as funds permit.

Middlebury students on financial aid are eligible for financial aid for the summer program as funds permit.

Non-Middlebury students may apply for scholarship funding by submitting their financial aid award letter from their home institution upon acceptance to the program. They are also encouraged to inquire about funding opportunities at their home institution.

For International Students

Non-U.S. citizens must have a valid U.S. visa status that allows full-time study during the dates of the MiddCORE program to be eligible to apply. (Please note: Students cannot participate in our program with a tourist visa status (B-1/B-2) or through the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA) because neither allows for full-time study.)

U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents are eligible to attend.

International students who already have F-1 student status from a U.S. college or university that they attend during the academic year may apply to MiddCORE as long as they will maintain their F-1 status throughout the dates of the MiddCORE summer session.

Middlebury College is currently seeking authorization to issue visa documents to be able to bring international students from outside the U.S. to our MiddCORE’s summer program of 2019. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue visa documents for our Summer 2019 program.
