Middlebury’s Project on Creativity and Innovation in the Liberal Arts offers students curricular and co-curricular opportunities to build skills in creativity and innovation, space to explore ideas, mentors to provide feedback and funding to implement their visions.
The Middlebury Center for Social Entrepreneurship aims to be a world leader in social change and development. Building on and complementing Middlebury’s commitment to educating students in the tradition of the liberal arts, the Center’s students learn to be effective agents of social change by reflecting on who they are, connecting with others, analyzing systemic challenges, and engaging the world around them. The Center is designed to be a hub within a global network of schools, NGOs, government agencies, businesses, and foundations that share a commitment to creating 21st-century solutions.
Education in Action Middlebury’s Education in Action office offers a wealth of resources in the areas of civic engagement; career exploration; health professions; fellowships; and internships, both traditional and self-designed.
